1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elite Developers' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Elite Developers provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Creation and Marketing
• Web Development and Design
• Email Marketing
• Brand Development and Design

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in activities that could harm our reputation
• Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Client retains ownership of their original content and materials
• Elite Developers retains rights to methodologies and processes
• Work products created specifically for clients belong to the client
• Elite Developers may use project results for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Third-party materials remain property of their respective owners

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and strategies
• Financial information and performance data
• Proprietary processes and methodologies
• Customer lists and contact information
• Any information marked as confidential

7. Performance and Results

Regarding performance and results:

• We provide best-effort services based on industry standards
• Results may vary based on market conditions and competition
• We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels
• Performance is measured against agreed-upon KPIs
• Regular reporting is provided to track progress

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Developers' liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
• Client is responsible for backup of their data
• Third-party platform changes are beyond our control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for breach of contract
• Upon completion of project-based work
• For non-payment after notice period
• For violation of terms and conditions

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation as the first step
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration under Saudi Arabian law
• Courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as final jurisdiction

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
